Which filter company is your fave and why? I'm looking to try some new gadgets.

@awhipps

I love my Kase filters. Being magnetic makes them very easy to use.

MAVEN FILTERS. Great quality, very wide selection, but above everything else, awesome customer service. Adam assisted me in transitioning to their Dark CPL set and am in pig heaven. Nice to only have one, slim filter for ND and PL especially with Fuji GF 20-35. Two thumbs up!

Still using my trusty Lee filter system, I see no reason to change

Currently using the NiSi V5 Pro 100mm filter system with CPL - step up ring on the back to use with 67-82mm glass, the cpl rotates really easily and doesn’t get seized onto the front of the lens, and means I can use Lee big stopper/Urth NDs etc. looks a faff but much easier than having to stack a variable ND on a CPL on a step up ring.

Kase Wolverine are my go to…. I have 150mm square nisi which are very good but to big and bulky never use them anymore.

Urth, is my choice of filters, but then you definitely need the german schott glass version (grey boxes) for the highest quality, they tested also their glasses with other brands and they came in as one of the best. They didn't want to publish the test with the other brands names because they don't want to give other brands a bad name. But compared to my Benro ND1000 (also german schott glass) the ND1000 from Urth is way sharper and way more color truth! Plus they are really great people! 😊

I had been using Urth/Gobe magnetic filters but couldn’t really get on with them. Switched to the Nisi magnetic kit and absolutely love them

Breakthrough polarizers and neutral density filters are my favorites. Particular the polarizer combined with ND. No stacking anymore.

@krammp

Switched to NiSi about two years ago after being a lifelong Hoya user. I use the square filter system. Slight purple colour cast with the ND filters but nothing that can’t be fixed in post.

I’ve used Cokin, Lee, Kase, and K&F Concept filters (K&F concept - I even did a full review on my channel, but since the product wasn’t good, I deleted it), and I find Lee and Kase to be the best I’ve ever used.
