Randomly came across your video about hanging from a bar; I’ve been struggling getting into a routine to care for my body and mind, and as someone with physical and mental disabilities who struggles with complicated exercises and routines it struck me how simple but effect it was. Then watched your standing on one leg video. It’s very helpful to have very simple small but powerful and effective habits I can add into my daily routine to slowly but consistently build strength and balance. I appreciate it. Makes it all seem attainable
