Facing service issues for last 2 months. The local engineer is not attending my calls even after 9 days have passed from the time I have lodged a service request. Service Request No. 19468520. The same geyser had issues in June 2024 and was not properly attended. The email sent to aosmithcs@aosmithindia.com are unanswered. Why you don’t have a grievance officer for this third class service ?
