I kinda wish the Minish would return in this game! I also like the theory that the ancient Sheikah tech is actually powered by converted Malice. After Ganondorf was sealed, the seal started leaking Malice at some point. The Malice was infinitely pouring from Ganondorf's body and the ancient Sheikah contained it by gathering it and purifying it for use as a power source for their tech. But the containment was not perfect and the Malice broke out as Calamity Ganon. This is why Calamity Ganon can so easily take over the Guardians and Divine Beasts, because they share the same energy. Also, I'm sure the "tears" of the "kingdom" have something to do with either Farore, Din and Nayru, or Hylia, because in Skyward Sword you had to collect the "tears" of the three goddesses in the trials, and the instrument in the music in those trials sounded a lot like the sound that comes at the same time as the game's logo in the latest Tears of the Kingdom trailer!

I love the time loop theory, Zelda ascends into becoming Hylia, Ganon ascends into becoming Demise... But maybe this time, Link/the Hero has a chance to change things up. Also man, I would love for Lorule or Midnas realm to make an appearance/cameo somehow.

I want this to be the end of the "timeline" so that future entries can be free of all current canon. A future where even the idea of what the land of Hyrule looks like, not just re-arranged.

I’m sure he wasn’t the first, but I first heard it in Zeltik’s video, that the timeline would be cyclical and that totk leads into skyward sword. I liked that idea. Since it’s all speculative based on the floating islands from the trailers and the maybe Hylia figure carving, there’s so much the game could be, but I’ve liked that theory best

I want this to be the second in a trilogy and whatever happens in this game , the third game has all the characters throughout the timeline come into play and then they all die starting a new singular timeline.

I want the game to come full circle. Zelda is Hylia, ganon is demise, link is the chosen hero of courage. And loft wings. Give us loftwings. Even as dlc? Idc I just want to fly a bird openly threwout the world.

I would like to see the end of the traditional lore story to allow the next Zelda game to be entirely a surprise story. After 35 years it is time to wrap it all up. Sort of like God of War 2018. Take Link or Zelda or some other hero and bring them to an entirely new area. But give the Hyrule Saga a grand send off like Endgame. Play all of the hits and bring back a bunch of fan favorite characters and story points.

I want Tarry Town to expand into the land under where it is currently at. The only reason there’s a lake surrounding Tarry town is because of waterfalls coming from Lanayru. If Va Ruta has stopped spewing water, could that area drain down to allow a bigger settlement? Having a city almost as big as castle town would be amazing to see compared to BotW’s tiny villages.
