Older videos have recently been replaced due to obvious reasons. This ofcourse involves a significant loss of views, Likes / Dislikes, Watch time, Shares and more. But what truly breaks my heart is losing all the comments written over the years. The discussions, jokes, kind and harsh words, and especially the connections that may have formed between people.
4K Archives is not monetized, and solely generates revenue for YouTube and the copyright holders managed by Google's AI and other external ressoucres.
