Andy Mumford

Apologies for the lateness of my next video...I'm travelling at the minute and it's taken me a little longer than expected to finish, but I'll be publishing it this coming Sunday, when you can see me trying to make sense of the shooting the visual chaos of the forests of the Pacific North West.
Until then, all the best and take care

Welcome to my world! lol. As someone living in this region I am often in the position of unraveling the visual chaos of the PNW. When I am out with my camera gear I often remark to my wife, “This place has too many trees and clutter!” I’ll be very interested in watching how you go about making photographic sense of this region and I’m hoping to pick up some ideas from your insight.

I still struggle with composition with this level of density without fog or mist as a separation tool. I have a good number of wonderful dense forests on my place, but can't take photo of them beautifully 😔

Love the PNW! Lived there for a while, hope to move back. Such an abundance of images to shoot from every direction. Never got bored. Hope you enjoy it!
