Hey gamers, if you’re frustrated with your overall health and body composition, but you’re unsure of where to start, this is your sign to finally take action.


I went from being a collegiate athlete, running a 4.6 40 yard dash, squatting just shy of 500 lbs, but when I was done with sports I quickly lost my consistency and became your typical ‘skinny fat’ gamer.


Yeah, I was able to grow my YouTube and social media platforms to over 1.7 million total followers, and was living my dream of being a full time content creator and streamer through playing video games, but I wasn’t happy with my health or my body.


At that time:
-I was ordering out food constantly
-My sleep schedule was non-existent
-I barely went outside (was not touching grass lol)
-I was getting sick constantly
-It was the first time in my life I felt depressed despite all of other successes


That made me decide to do something. It started with just exercising and going to the gym regularly. I didn’t have a plan, besides I was showing up to the gym 4-5 days per week and it made me feel good. But I was still so far from where I was a few years ago as a college athlete.


That’s when I decided I needed help, and I hired a personal trainer. It was hands down the best investment I ever made in my life. Despite me having lots of knowledge around fitness and nutrition (I have a BSN and worked as an RN, plus a minor in nutrition), I didn’t know how to apply it and formulate a good plan, and I lacked accountability.

After 6 months of working with my trainer, my day to day lifestyle completely changed.


Now:
-I follow a structured and periodized workout program to maximize my gains and recovery
-I rarely eat out and genuinely enjoy eating and preparing whole food meals
-I can eat 3000 calories a day and LOSE weight because I’ve fixed my metabolism
-I’m in the best shape of my life at 30 years old
-My mental health has never been better
-My overall mood, energy, and drive are better than when I was in high school


And more recently, I’ve decided to turn my passion for health and fitness into a business that helps others do exactly what I did. I got certified as a personal trainer through NASM, and started an online person training business called TFitX. In just a few months, I’ve built a solid client base, and feel so blessed to be in a position where I can help share my experiences and knowledge with others.


Almost all of my clients are gamers like myself who let life take the lead and put their health and fitness in the backseat, but are ready to take action and be healthy and happy once again.


All my clients get customized workout programs that are updated every 6 weeks through an app that you can log your workouts, weights, reps, and sets. They have 24/7 access to messaging me, including sending form video checks of their exercises. They have sustainable nutrition guidelines to follow with calorie and macro recommendations, along with tools to help track and hit these goals.


We check in weekly and go over things like their overall well-being, workout and nutrition data, and much more. From there, we can make weekly adjustments to workout programming, macro targets, sleep behavior, and more.


We’ve recently started group coaching calls in our private TFitX Discord where any of my clients can join and ask me anything, or, other clients can help each other through their own experiences.
