So for my May 23 BBQ cookout I have laid out the following for my menu


Appetizers:

smoked Rib Tips with maple mustard glaze.
Bruschetta over Crostini bread.
Grilled vegetable salad


Entrees:

Bogalusa Spare Ribs w Sriracha Vanilla Root beer bbq glaze
Compton Spare Ribs w Cherry Coke bbq sauce
Chicken Thighs with root beer bbq sauce.
Smoked Salmon with apple mint bbq sauce spiked w gingerale.
*either sugar cookie seasoned and smoked Packer brisket or Des Moines Montreal and Charcoal crusted and smoked beef back ribs.

Sides:

Smoked Beans
Grilled corn
Grilled eggplant

Drinks: Soft Drinks, Tea, Lemonade, Water
ABSOLUTELY NO alcohol allowed!!!



I’m not sure if 7 proteins would be enough or too much.
