Someone asked me this week in the Soviet Strength Community if saunas really help with recovery and if it’s needed.

…and a lot of guys replied and mentioned how it’s been a game-changer for them.

And I understand why a lot of guys think they NEED it.

Because things like saunas, ice baths, special supplements… can all have the effect of making recovery faster.

But the truth is…

The legends I learned from didn’t have any of that.

Yet they still managed to get crazy strong and progress very quickly.

If you have access to a sauna…

…Use it because it’s good for blood flow and helps you relax.

But don’t expect it to be the difference between hitting PRs and getting stuck.

Because if your body needs 3 days to recover…the sauna won’t make it 2.

It’s just something extra that’s nice to have
