I have never exercised in my life. I am 60 years old and had a life of cigarettes and alcohol. I started doing the beginners levels last fall and worked my way up to the level 3 interval training. I am camping this weekend and have gone jogging for 30 mins a day. I am so impressed with myself. Thank you Thank you

Thank you for your wonderful workouts! My mom and I have been doing one of your many workouts daily (or at the least five times per week) and we are both feeling great! I have lost about 20 pounds and she ten! She has had the best blood sugar levels since we began doing the workouts eight weeks ago and I have had a significant decrease in pain ! I decided to start working out in January, but I hated the videos with all the screaming encouragement. Then I found your channel. I have been doing cardio with you since then. Then I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and added some strength training. I am 77 years old and glad I can still move. I had trouble with getting up from the ground out in the garden. After working out with you for a few months, I discovered that I could get up without something to hold onto! I was so proud! I've lost 15 pounds and feel much better. I love your positive quotes at the end of the sessions. Thank you! I work out in front of a small TV without any way to say like or comment. I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate you and your fitness videos.
