So the characters will have different voices and look like completely different people than they did before? Sounds like Resident Evil to me.

But yeah if you still want to keep going then don’t be afraid to recast. It’s unfortunate, they were fun as the characters but Stu is a good luis so far and I can’t wait to see Simon as Ashley. At least we still have the original video to see Luke and Ben be goofs

Scheduling conflicts are a bitch. Gonna feel a bit strange since I have a strong association with them playing those characters, but I know the Bentley Bros. will put out a quality video as usual. The good thing is that it’s still happening 👍

UPDATE!
We’ve cancelled our RE4 Remake Parody!
Only joking. But we have a few things to say. Seeing as it’s been a while we’re gonna release a few episodes soon. There will still be a super cut of the whole thing (with a few extra scenes to help string the episodes together) but a few of you are waiting so we thought it best to release something.
The other bit of news is that unfortunately both Luke and Ben won’t be reprising their roles as Luis and Ashley. We know a few of you will be disappointed but we felt we will get the film out quicker that way. So much of our time filming RE4 has been making plans and having plans cancelled so it made sense to us to continue without them both. It won’t affect the overall quality of the finished product but we know some of you wanted to see them. Stu is now playing Luis and Simon is Ashley, but hopefully you’ll enjoy them in both roles.
We are sorry and know we said they would return but I think we made the right choice.
