All Day I Dream About Food

Hey peeps. I know I haven't posted a video in over a week. We had a pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom and the water affected a lot of the house, including the kitchen ceiling. We've had water mitigation machines running 24/7 for over a week now. They are really loud and huge, and obviously I can't shoot any videos with them running. 

I do have a few I made prior to this and I will dole them out every two weeks or so. I may do a few fun shorts too!


I will be back to a more regular video posting schedule soon.

I am so sorry to hear that! 🥺 We had the same thing happen once, but the water was seeping into our foundation without us noticing. We had the machines running for three months! 😖 We had to switch them off at night because of the unbearable noise… That was twenty years ago and I still remember the dread like it was yesterday!

Insurance should put you up in a hotel for the duration, if you choose to leave. I had this happen years ago. I just wanted to be at home so went home as soon as I could, but that has its own challenges. Best of luck to you and your family!

Oh gosh I’ve literally been there! Those fans are hideous. Take a crap Tom of photos of all the damage and the fans running everywhere. It will be solid proof for insurance. I did this during Covid. They accepted all proof via upload to their portal. It was truly great. No adjuster to schedule. I bet they’re still doing a lot of it this way. Hang in there. You got this!!
