Trevor Horn

'The original idea was that the Buggles – a robot Beatles - would never be seen, but once we had a hit we were as anonymous as an explosion. My outsize glasses in the video were inspired by Elvis Costello’s. I came out of the opticians with these big specs and said to Geoff, “I’m a Buggle now.”'

I still wonder who was the little girl in the video? Please tell me she went to Parliament or space or something special!

Am I right in thinking that Hans Zimmer appears briefly on keyboards (dressed in a shiny black suit) in the original video?

Mr. Horn, I'm a big, big fan and admirer, so first of all: thank you. I even think the Grace Jones album is great ;) For a huge part it's because of you that I got a Fairlight CMI recently. Having worked with so much great gear, how would you rate the Voyetra 8?
