Ok, so recently people have been asking me how i learn symbols for trains, so here are some of the ways i learned them
Richard: self explanatory
Common power/railcars: any recurring railcar or foreign power (ex: L595 commonly has baretables and BN 4750s and M337 goes 5000 mph over the griffith diamonds)
Databases: cross referencing routes in data bases, like heritageunits.com
