Why would you be so proud of having autism you give an entire g*damn speech on it to a bunch of high schoolers and expect them not to laugh? I’m not saying I agree with it, but high schoolers are cruel. If you have critical thinking skills enough to give a speech on it, you don’t have it enough to where you can definitely pretend not to have it throughout high school. Truth be told I do have it, but I never told anyone. I always always declined anytime someone noticed I did. Some people did think I did, some didn’t. I have an extremely mild case unfortunately. But I still got invited to parties, drank, smoked weed, had fun, and was considered chill by many. Hopefully Crispr (gene editing)can become more normalized next generation and then autism won’t be a thing period.

I'm excited to see it. As an autistic man, I have to deal with ableist people all the time. Like Donald Trump saying Tylenol Causes Autism. I don't know where he came up with that lie. Tylenol is a pain medication. It doesn't cause autism, it relieves body aches
