👉 The shift isn’t always in what you do. Sometimes it’s in how you hold it. Because when your relationship to something changes— the thing itself doesn’t have to. You do.
The job might still demand. The relationship might still stretch you. The challenge might still show up.
But you’re no longer meeting it from fear, obligation, or survival. You stopped gripping it like it’s life or death. You stopped shrinking to fit it. You made space inside yourself to hold it differently.
That’s the shift. Not always a new circumstance. But a new stance.
So ask yourself: Where am I still holding life with clenched fists - when open hands - and an open mind - would serve me better?
