Season of Strength: Fall Into a Better You with 7 Days of Pilates
I’m so excited to share that I’ll be hosting 15-minute Pilates workouts for 7 days on the @SundaiOlivePilates page, and I’d love for you all to join in! This journey means so much to me, especially since I’ve been working on my certification hours and have now completed all my classes. As you know, wellness is a huge part of my life, and I can’t wait to take this next step with you. Let’s get stronger together this fall!

This time of year always feels so busy, with daylight savings and everything else going on—it’s easy to forget to take care of ourselves. That’s why I wanted to create a monthly fitness challenge you can do right from home or wherever you are in the world. Each workout is just 15 minutes but will leave you feeling amazing. Prioritizing wellness is so important, especially as seasonal depression can creep in around this time. Let’s take care of our minds and bodies together!

WHEN:
✨All workouts are prerecorded so you can do it at your own pace, but it would be great if you follow along.

ALL YOU WILL NEED:
✨Mat
✨3 pound weights (not mandatory, and won’t be used everyday)
✨Sliders (Also not mandatory, Ill show you alternatives)
