I got the book, Big Vegan Flavor, a few days after release. My daughter and I have tried several recipes. Since finding your YouTube channel a couple years ago and now your amazing book, we have several weekly recipes that will forever be staples in our kitchen. We are looking forward to whipping up so many others. Also, all of the cooking tips are great. I am learning so much.

It was so awesome to meet you in person at Book Passage in the San Francisco Ferry Building last week! I’m loving your beautiful cookbook and am excited to try some recipes. You’ve already highlighted in the first few pages something that took me years to learn (having grown up in the sodium-averse 1970s & 1980s)—that salt is essential to unlocking flavor. My husband purchased a signed copy of your cookbook and had it sent to our house. It’s absolutely lovely. I’m a person with digestive issues and I find cooking vegan just makes me feel so much better. I think of lessening the demand on animals in terms of meat. Also love your instant pot cookbook and I’ve made multiple recipes from there too.
