Long Theory I just finished reading the Sun&Moon manga a few days ago, and something really caught my attention. When the characters were talking about Necrozma's true form, a silhouette of Ultra Necrozma appeared, but when we see Ultra Necrozma, the Ultra Recon Squad says that it is not Necrozma's true form. We also know that the royal kingdom burned all of the book pertaining to the event when Necrozma first came to take Alola's light. The royals said it was to protect the kingdom, but why wouldn't we use the informatiin in those books to help in the future. This led me to theorize that the people of the past tried to control a narrative. We know that the Z-crystals came from Necrozma's energy coming through Ultra Wormholes and the Sparkling Stones came from Necrozma's injured body when the ultra recon squad injured Necrozma. Maybe Necrozma was so damaged that it could no longer be called what it originally was. We know that just his presence was originally able to light up ALL of Ultra Space and all of our world, but even Ultra Necrozma is just slightly brighter than the sun. I believe that Ultra Necrozma is Necrozma trying to take on its original shape but is trying to fill in the parts of its body that it lost with pure light. Think of its original form as being the same shape as Ultra Necrozma but all crytalline and much, much brighter and stronger. We also see in the games that the Z-crystals are able to mimic Arceus's plates by changing Arceus's type. I think that hints at a deeper connection to the creation of the pokemon world as well. We know thanks to the manga that time and space seems to work differently in the ultra deep sea, thanks to the Sun and Moon's clothes wearing out increadibly fast, but also never needing to eat. We can probably apply that to the other worlds in ultra space as well. Maybe Necrozma was tasked with making Ultra Space by Arceus, or Necrozma is somehow like Arceus's brother and created Ultra Space independently. The only other place where time and space does not flow normally is in the distortion world where Giratina, a being higher thab Dialga and Palkia resides. We also can find other Dialga and Palkias through the Ultra Wormholes. We also see the Cyrus that won in his dimension with a Palkia or a Dialga depending on which version of the game you chose. Cyrus, however, did not know of the other worlds once he created his perfect world until Giovanni came through, and recruted him. There may be a different Palkia and Dialga in every Ultra Space universe. It could be just Arceus created an infinite amount of Dialgas and Palkias for other universes and they just govern space and time differently as well (but that isn't for this theory), but there only seems to be just one Necrozma throughout all of Ultra Space however, because it would be hard to miss a whole lot of massive glowing light dragon's whose light reaches every single world. That's why I think whatever Necrozma was originally was a higher being like Arceus.
