My goal is to one day own the first season to Ashita No Joe as well. It will take some time because I need more money . I've been working hard at my job to save up for it.

I love Ashita No Joe, it's just really hard to get authentic merchandise and goods of Ashita No Joe when you don't live in Japan . I unfortunately live in America at the moment. I'm trying my best to avoid bootlegs . Even when the D.V.D was delivered to my door it said it was shipped from Japan as well. So this is a good sign I believe. I plan on buying more of Ashita No Joe soon. I've been saving up money for it . I wish there was people who made youtube videos of their Ashita No Joe collection from Japan . It would help me alot on how to determine if I bought an authentic D.V.D etc.

This D.V.D I bought is the standard edition not the Blu-ray. But I do plan on getting them one day . This release has two D.V.D boxsets . The first boxset has the first 24 episodes separated by 4 disc's. The second boxset has the rest of the episodes. All 47 .

Well I bought Ashita No Joe season 2 D.V.D . I'm hoping it's authentic. It says it's made in Japan on the boxset . All the audio is Japanese. And it was even region locked so I had to buy a region free D.V.D player to play the disc , since the disc itself would not play on my American Sony Blu-ray player. This is my first time trying to get a Japanese import of an Anime. So I hope it's real.
