I honestly couldn't cry during any of these scenes, too invested and full of shock.

Spoilers if you haven't seen (yet). You have been warned. Must admit, both made me mad in different ways. With Nanami I wasn't particularly surprised. He was the perfect character to go down when and how he did. A strong mentor who was well liked in-universe and by fans. Powerful sure but not the strongest. Pushed himself further than almost any of the others in that fight and went down like a champ. It's was by no means a "good death" but we'll written. The impact, the importance, the timing, was impeccable. Mad that he's gone, but love the way it was handled in writing skill. Nobura.......... You best believe I was mad mad when I saw that manga panel. I swear I felt as lost and angry as Yuji must have in that moment. That scene was deep. And then they just keep coming. Gege didn't slow down or take it easy, he was going "Oh ye, the more you love them the more I'm going to enjoy this" and absolutely shreds almost every beloved character. Actually I personally think every but not confident in that statement. But until the end, he didn't do it badly, it was written to "hurt" and achieved its goal properly. But then he went off the rails right at the end.
