He keeps the sword in his body because he simply doesn't care about it and also because it scares other people and he wants people to be scared of him. it also gives him power tho it's an inconvenience at times and he has gotten the sword out a couple times but somehow he keeps getting impaled, it's very difficult to kill him i don't have a name for him but i might make a lore video for him so thats why all I'm gonna say about him is the sword
