Ingredients:
1x pot of fresh pesto, as pure as possible.
Orange and red tomatoes, as many as you see fit.
1 pack of pasta stuffed from M&S
1x tsp Harissa paste
1x avocado, from Waitrose ideally.
Method:
Sometimes you need pasta. I don’t often eat it due to obvious reason. But when I do I give my husband 2/3 of it and serve it with wholefood. 80% wholefood, 20% pasta or maybe like 70/30.
I arrange the cut tomatoes in a chef’s ring and then squash it down. Don’t worry if the juice runs out, just mop it up and put it in the freezer to set a little, this makes a huge difference when you take the chefs ring off.
