So if you're going to do the coconut oil there's 2 types refined and unprocessed if it's refined it has no coconut smell And I use it for cooking. Unprocessed coconut oil smells like coconut like a sunscreen that at the beach but it Does not taste like coconut. If you put a teaspoon in your mouth let it dissolve and swish it between your teeth when you're done pulling it's called oil pulling it's best thing for your gums and gets rid of junk but spitted out in the trash never down the drain because it will turn cold and clog your drain spit it in the trash . I personally do not swallow it I put it in my mouth and it stops me from wanting anything else to eat.
