Hey friends! I was planning on making a little video, but have been super busy and tired lately. Lots of amazing things going on behind the scenes over here. But here's my big news!
I'm so pleased to announce that my partner and I will be welcoming a new member to the family in just a few months 💛
If you've been around a while, you may know that I had given up on ever being able to access fertility care. After having it denied to me due to my BMI - multiple times - I figured it wasn't going to happen.
But we tried one last time and we were able to get pregnant. This hasn't been easy, and I never talk about these things here...or really anywhere. But know that I see each and every one of you who has tried, who wants to try, who doesn't feel like they can try, and who has lost. Your body knows life.
I didn't want kids for most of my life and was totally on the child free train! Then I changed my mind, as we're allowed to do. 🤪🤪🤪
So here I am - 41, fat, diabetic, PCOS, and 24 weeks pregnant. Feeling pretty good and ready to meet this bb when it's time.
Just wanted to share the news with you so you know what I'm up to over here!
