God is speaking to me today through you Ryan. I was so down because I prayed for God to let me purchase a concert ticket and experience it for the first time as a birthday gift to myself but sadly it was already sold out and I am heartbroken. But you are right all these things will not matter in the end because what's important is only our relationship with Jesus. I will continue to worship and glorify Him no matter what I feel or think, because His truth never fails. God bless everyone ๐

Couldn't agree more. Your question reminds me of the song from casting crowns I believe. "I don't care about a legacy, I don't care if they remember me, only Jesus."

Can you expand on point 2? I feel like this is something you don't spend much time on.

You say: โwhat did you do for Christ that had eternal value โ ? That sounds to me like you are believing that is not just faith alone that saves you. Good for you ๐

Why do ppl only attack the video game hobby? It won't matter how many books we've read, flights we've taken, museums we visited either...

๐ญ What will matter to you in 150 years from now?
Definitely not how much you owned, or how many high scores you had. ๐ฎ
What will matter is this:
1. Did you put your trust in Jesus and receive eternal life?
2. And what did you do for Christ that had eternal value?
Because once this life is over, those are the only things that count.
Live for what lasts.
