One of the things that helped me continue on this journey, was telling my story to others and using my experience to as a way to connect w people. Even through the hardest times of my life people would tell me how inspired they were by my strength. If they only knew that the only reason they didnt see weakness, was because I was good at faking it. Sometimes being the strong one to everyone else creates a fear of being weak or showing vulnerability- Because you dont want to seem incapable of performing a job function. I see this alot in first responders and mental health We love you Rick - thank you for being you !! -Everyone is amazing, Always reach for the moon - if you miss, you will land amongst the stars 💞

You really are a sweetheart and an inspiration. I am battling depression and early menopause and your videos help me so much. We may not know one another, but we've cried, sobbed, grinned, and laughed together. I have a sweet 10 year old son and I hope he grows up to be like you.
