That's what it means to be a living sacrifice that is holy and acceptable to God. Which is our true and proper worship. Which starts by denying ourselves and submitting ourselves to be led by His Spirit. The result of His work in us leads to a regenerate heart that reflects Jesus Christ.

This might sound radical but I’ve been recently called to a ministry of crucifying the flesh. What God showed me in a daydream, you might call it a vision is praying for people that the Holy Spirit breaks the flesh off people and nail it to a tree until it’s dead. This is going to be intense. Pray that I walk into this calling with wisdom and that I remain dutiful to the father’s will and not mine.

The flesh’s power was crucified on the cross; its presence remains, but you must deny it daily.
