Russia now wants to cancel a rock band that hasn't been active in 25 years (when Putin was just new in power), and never spoke against Russia's actions publicly.

The band Sektor Gaza (not to be confused with the Gaza Strip) was a Russian punk band that WWE active between 1987 until 2000 when the lead singer, Yuri Klinskikh died on 4 July 2000, at the age of 35 (about to make 36) from heart failure.

As much as I don't like Russia, this band is awesome. At one point I always listened to them everyday.

Idk how Russia is going to cancel SG, what their reasons are, and if they actually will ban it or not. But one thing is clear that this is a bad move. That band was the childhood of many Russians, as well as other people from countries like Ukraine, Belarus, Republic of Moldova, etc.

Imagine how Yuri Klinskikh would have felt if he was still alive and saw what Putin is about to do with his job.

Some good songs that I recommend are : 30 let, Tvoy zvonok, Tuman, Pora domoy, Lirika, Bomzh, Noch` Pered Rozhdestvom, Java, Kuma, Kazach`ja, Mestnye, Plan, Vzjal vinu na sebja, Tesca, Durak, Demobilizatsija, Vecherom Na Lavochke, Noch straha, Kolkhoznyy Pank, and so on.
