So...I had other stuff to watch and read but was finally coerced into watching Perfect Blue abruptly and...wow, just wow. Calling this a movie feels like a disservice, it was an experience, it will gaslight you heavily, leave you confused as to what the hell just happened, and then after you process and analyze it all and the themes behind it you realize just how amazing it truly is. I really don't want to actually go into an extensive review because you should just watch this as blind as possible, easy 9.5/10 for me, wow, just wow.
