240W plant light - 3500K+4000K+660nm+730nm. Samsung LM301H. It gets me very nice looking tomato and pepper plants still with the dimmer to 50% consumption.

White and red are probably fine, but who doesn't like discovering far-red after they bought a light fixture, and thought some of those diodes are pretty dim! 😉

Far red is heat its ovious its needed dude. But i will never admit it because they dont sell those and i like to lie like everybody does
