Gonna go with 3D world because NSMB Wii has been done plenty of times by various Presidents channels, I think it's be more unique if you went down the 3DW route to offer up different that will have less competition for attention.

Def New Super Mario Bros Wii. Such a classic and Boris will definitely screw the others over with bubbles. He will also want to be Mario since he wants to be the main character at all times.
