Hey everyone — I just wanted to be completely honest with you about some changes happening on this channel.
The last few videos I put out (like the Paris Catacombs and Oak Island mystery) were part of a small pivot I'm making — moving away from political content and toward bigger, broader stories: conspiracies, mysteries, and underreported topics.
There are a few reasons for this:
Financially, I need to be real with you — this channel is hard to keep afloat when most of my audience is based outside the US. Advertisers pay drastically less outside the US, and when videos are political (especially more controversial ones), they get demonetized or heavily restricted. I’m not crowdfunded, and I’m definitely not bought and paid for by corporate interests.
Creatively and mentally, I’m exhausted. Covering politics non-stop, between the 2024 US election and the 2025 Canadian federal election, has taken up so much of my mental real estate. And no matter how you approach it, politics is polarizing — you can never please everyone, and it’s not the kind of channel I want to keep building.
Bottom line: I don't want to be a political channel 100% of the time. I want to dive deeper into things that fascinate me and, hopefully, fascinate you too — bigger mysteries, conspiracies, and stories that don't get enough attention.
I apologize if you came here mainly for the political content. I truly appreciate your support, and I hope you’ll stick around for this next chapter. I’m just getting started.
