My guess is that bright shades, neutrals, highly decorated, totally basic, acrylic, natural, cute short, and extremely long will be trending this year.

I know it's not a big deal, like Simply Peel, but my daughter and I were in Ulta for her birthday when they give you a free gift on your birthday when you go in on your birthday and we saw your Holo Taco collection. They are so much prettier in real life than on camera and I was in love with the red holo and the scattered and flaky holo, but ca-ching, ca-ching, money's been kind of tight. Maybe next payday. 😊 Anyway, probably not a big deal to you because a lot of stores have your collection, but I wanted to say how happy and proud I was to see your collection here in my state of Missouri and in my city. all of the “[insert color here] with chrome” trends on TikTok, brown and navy were really popular towards the end of last year. One girl had asked for navy with chrome at the salon but it was green chrome and it made her nails look like beetles. She was upset but I feel like a lot of us would like it 😅

The YouTube channel "60 and Loving It" posted a 2025 nail trends video yesterday. One of the trends mentioned was matte neutrals, and I think that's spot on. I also think we'll see a reimagining of what "neutral" means, incorporating matte dusty blues and mint greens to bring some nature into what's considered neutral.

There's a "reverse velvet" magnetic effect trend starting in the indie nail communities. Basically, the goal is to spread all the magnetic pigments AWAY and chuck it to the sides of your nail, so only the base color is visible. Why would you want to do that? And hide all the beautiful magnetic effect? No clue!! Can be done by putting a horseshoe magnet on its side so you see it as the letter C. Or use round end of magnet to push all pigment aside.

My prediction is that spring type (maybe neon) pastel colors will be coming back this year. As this is purely an assumption, I also have no idea haha but I’m so excited for what HOLO TACO is coming out with this year :) definitely gonna create some NeW nAiL tRenDs in 2025 💙

I think bold is going to be so in, long nails with animal prints, i feel like zebra and snow leopard vibes, and 3D shapes and textures, bright colours, gold, also nail piercings. They have been micro trends this year but I think they’re going to really grow in popularity, particularly over summer
