One of our long term followers sent me this, it's his (I'm assured correct) interpretation of current farmland buying laws in Romania. I'd love any feedback on this from anyone in the know. I've had a bunch of people ask about it and I want to make a video on the subject, and, I'd like the video to be accurate so this seems like a good start.
