Honestly, broccoli is probably one of my favourite vegetables. But I dont eat it that often, maybe 2-3 times a month, and every time I make something with broccoli, it is amazing. But if I would eat it 3-4 times a week, I would probably get bored of it really fast.

As someone who loves broccoli, I'll eat it every chance I get. Same with carrots and potatoes

I love broccoli, it's within my top 3 vegetables. Unfortunately it's too expensive for me to have it weekly, but I enjoy every chance I get :3

It’s always with my weekly meal prep since it’s pretty easy to prep and it’s something I hardly get tired of. One of my favorite things to eat.

I've hated the trees of doom since I was little. I've tried it raw, cooked, etc. every few years to see if my taste buds change but even the smell of it makes me queasy 🤢

I love broccoli 🥦! Raw and steamed. It’s one of the few veggies my teens will eat

Steamed broccoli is one of the only veggies I actually look forward to eating and has, as such, become a staple in family dinners.

I eat broccoli everyday. Back when I did sports that was one of many meals I would eat to stay healthy. Broccoli/carrots/cauliflower haha.

I only eat it now because of school lunch. But on weekends, my one meal for the day is Whey protein (of course followed by a small but dense snack at night), so I don't really have vegetables to fit in my schedule considering I also do moderate intensity workout every day on this slimmer diet but I have a slow metabolism so I could do eith less food anyway. But honestly, I really enjoy it and I lost quite a bit of weight. Broccoli is good as far as vegetables go, but they're usually not very dense in calories. I'd rather just eat one good meal/meal replacement in a day, then pack a tiny bit at night so I'm not hungry in the morning. (I do agree that breakfast is important, but if you don't go very hungry, and you need to lose weight, I'm fine without it) But overall, I don't really focus too much on vegetables other than as a filler if their's not many good lunch options and I just need to be more full.

Probably like 2-3 times a month. I typically cut a few heads up along with some onion, put them in a bowl and mix with olive oil, salt pepper, garlic and a little bit of lemon juice.m then put it on a sheet in the oven and bake. It’s good raw too of course.
