I didn't want him to play in this game but this baptism by fire ought to serve him well in his growth.

You can’t grade someone that wasn’t prepared

Bro basically played a park pickup game of football against an organized squad. I'm giving him a B solely based on his final drive giving them a shot to stay in the game.

Y'all are some dumbass fans if you think his play isn't a direct indictment on Stefanski and the Browns coaching. He is destined to fail because... NO PRACTICE SNAPS WITH THE FIRST TEAM!!! I would like to buy his jersey but I cannot support this organization.

I wasn’t a Shedeur fan before they drafted him, but now he’s a Brown and I’m rooting for him. The performance last night was bad, but we’ve got to give him more practice reps and games to get a fair evaluation

QB’s set the tone no matter if you’re the starter or back up or third string. Be prepared like you are gonna play every game.

Everyone can say what they want but he showed up, did what he could in that situation and he had a few good throws.

No practice, line didn’t know the cadence. Should have put me out there

He sucks. Last I saw him on the preseason, he was running backwards. Yesterday, he was running backwards. He can't read defenses. If option 1 ain't open, he's running backwards. He's awful. Painfully hilarious to watch.

Same grade I would give any QB with no experience, B, he made an effort for his first NFL start.

We are all rooting for him and have to be honest that he has at minimum a D-. Looks like he’s getting the start vs the Raiders with a few days of actual opportunity I’m sure we will be satisfied with what we see this Sunday!

Reminder that was the first time he’s played with that offense

5th rounders aren't gifted opportunities unless they earn them. All the trash he's putting on film aren't going to help.

I think this week will be the much better measuring stick. He will have an entire week to work with the starters and we will have a better idea of how he engages with them. He does need to work on his "pocket" awareness though, but I'm sure the coaches will be working with him on that, in addition to having him get rid of the ball faster. I would say he got a C- in Sunday's game. I also think the "gesturing" to the fans - for what appeared to be "bring on the cheers" - as he trotted out in the third quarter before he took ONE snap was more than a little immature, but that's just me. I'm old.
