Both Rome and China, as empires, were far before the Inca in Peru. Colosseum- built 69 AD to 79 AD Great Wall- build lasted 2,000 years from 3rd century BC to 17th century AD Machu Picchu- built 1450 AD Taj Mahal- built 1631 AD to 1648 AD Depending on how you view it, the Great wall construction was begun first. But the colosseum, as a structure, was completed first by far.

I would say that it’s the Colosseum. Yes some parts of the wall were built back in 7th century BC and others under the Qin, but not only are those sections almost completely destroyed and replaced but the true Great Wall of China, the one most people know about who’s reason for construction was to defend against the Mongols, would not be built until way later.

Great Wall of China needs to be more specific I think, because there are multiple, some dating before the Colosseum, and some dating after.
