They may seem chill, but they got a "get off my lawn" temper.

Just look at todays animals. Some of the most dangerous are herbivores such as hippos, Cape buffalo, elephants, etc. There’s no reason to think the same thing wouldn’t apply back then.

Simply ask the Allosaurus with brocken ribs, holes in their Bones or the old Fellow Broken Jaw.

It can be a fatal idea to think an animal is harmless just because it is a herbivore. The lion may be known as the king of the jungle, but it’s the African cape buffalo that’s feared as the widow maker.

A moose is one of the most dangerous animals you can encounter in the woods. I imagine hadrosaurs were much angrier

@Tralman1965

Rhinos, hippos and elephants. Extremely dangerous. All of them are herbivores.

The true danger from herbivores isn’t so much of the damage they are capable of inflicting, it’s the false perception of people that they’re harmless. 9 times out of 10, someone being seriously injured or killed by a herbivore is due to their own actions of invading the creature’s space based on that false perception of it being gentle and harmless.

Herbivores are hands down SCARIER than predators can ever be. At least predators will leave you alone to avoid injury. Herbivores will attack till either their target is dead or scared away.

Even if they don’t mean harm, if a one ton animal gives you a shove or push, it can sent you flying about.

Depends on the herbivore. Large ones, like ceratopsians and stegosaurs, likely were territorial, like rhinos and bison. But smaller ones, like ornithomimids (and let's include hadrosaurs here) were likely not as much and would rather flee, such as horses or deer. All in all, it depends on the animal and it's role in the ecosystem

1 thing I will say Is This Everything we see in the Animal kingdom today probably no different then what Dinosaurs Were and any Dinosaur could or would be just as Dangerous. An another Opinion reason Scientist cant Find any T Rex Eggs or Nest is Probably because The T Rex gave birth to Live Young especially with the way they were built with small fore arms no way to lay down and get back up and the height alone would probably make it impossible for any eggs to not break or smash Prove me wrong So far not 1 single Scientist can find T Rex Eggs Good luck to be the first but i dont think they did Ali Keep up the good work hope my Opinion will help create a new theory on the next film

Welp, lets look a nowadays animals. Carnivores won't attack unless they are hungry or they have their youngers close. They usually try to save energy or evade an injury bc if they can't hunt, they will die. Herbivores however, live in constant flight or fight mode, and they will f you up if you even breath wrong close to them 😭 now a imagine a dinosaur 😭 a 🦕 will turn you into paste

@RapaxGuardian

I mean, the scariest episode of Primal featured an herbivore 🤔

@VaciliNikoMavich

They can be dangerous when provoked or frightened.

Kangaroos are herbivores perfectly capable of disembowelling a human with a single kick. Hippopotami are herbivores but I'd feel safer facing down a hyena or two. Lions are smart enough to be very choosy as to which zebra to run down, knowing the wrong choice is likely to trample and break ribs and other bones.

@lynncroston876

After watching the new video more than a few times, I would agree that they can be more dangerous than carnivores because you just don't see it coming!

@bluemilkalienmonster522

Poor hadrosaurs just getting to be lunches in paleo media

@Lunaesque

Herbivores can have weapons like tails and horns and big legs that carnivores really don't have. We are so afraid of lions, and tigers because of their teeth and claws plus they are fast but we normally steer clear away from them. Now because we thought herbivores are gentle, we approach them. They are the ultimate FAFO of the animal kingdom.

Hippos, elephants, deer, moose. I would rather see a wolf in the wild
