Absurdism and puns are a package deal 💞

@DatBoiChucklez

I just like laughing in general, and absurdism tends to hit me the hardest the fastest. Things that are completely out of nowhere will usually do the trick, like a jump scare but laughter.

@PrototypeClovenhorn

I love absurdism, but you can't beat good ol' puns. They're too punny!

@skyjoe55

Comedy that seems to be absurdity and random until they hit you with the pun at the end (Also known as anything Pratchett ever wrote)

I have it on good authority that most puns aren't meant to be funny, but to cause people to groan. They cause punitive damage.

I like a good mix of Wordplay and Dark comedy, with a healthy amount of sarcasm on the side.

@reese9705

I love my dark comedy and absurdism just as much as the next guy, but Who’s On First will always get me, the purest form of wordplay

@warrenmiller7195

Wordplay is simply pun-beatable

@spencerbrown8003

Who else would have chosen deadpan comedy if it was an option? Wes Anderson's movies are great

Wordplay and Surreal comedy go hand in hand! Like Bread and butteries!

@camerantherollermain

i agree with a lot of the comments. choosing between wordplay and surrealism for me is like choosing between my red and white blood cells.

Where is parody and farce? I want my Naked Gun, and Airplane!, and Blazing Saddles in here.

Shock and risque jokes are great but nothing beats good clean puns

@VoltaicNebulae

Dark jokes. It's how I keep my chin up through life. Besides, I have a simple saying. "Life is too bad of an experience to take it seriously."

@EcnavMC

I personally love all of them a roughly equal amount, but I feel like I’ve watched asdfmovie too many times to select anything except for absurdism in good faith.
