Leaf of Life

Meet the women greening their barrio in the desert, where there is no running water. These women are migrants from rural Bolivia who have moved to the city for work and a better life. But the Barrio is on the outskirts of the city, and the location doesn't have any supermarkets with fresh food near by, many of these women are creating back yard gardens and collecting rainwater, growing organic veggies for their families and selling surplus, saving and selling seeds, learn about their story here: https://youtu.be/kpk-83je8WE

These women show so much ingenuity! I appreciated the tip of incorporating charcoal into the compacted soil. Thank you for bringing this to us 😊

BTW, I love your channel. I always feel better and my anxiety levels about this crazy world drop just by seeing that there are people, there are answers. And, when you have people that care with answers that take action, the world can be an amazing place! God bless you.❀❀❀❀
