I like it mixed into no repeat hits and cardio and strength. I also dedicate time to deep core and TVA exercises functional core training

I don't bother specifically training for 'abs' I like to think they are part of a good 'core' workout. I'm far more worried about keeping a strong core so I can still get up off the couch unassisted. Rather than for the ONE day a year I might go to the beach and take my shirt off. Besides I would blind everyone with my snow white skin anyway so they would never see them!
