🙏All of the above,... but seeking to accept all thoughts, feelings, internal states and situations without labeling them as good or bad, pushing some away and pulling toward others. I try to fully realize that I am the witness. Happiness must come from within. Let go of your fears. Be as soft as water, and as strong as steel! 🪶🌞🏞️ the fool on the hi

Even the concept of meditation is a distraction. The music has been wonderful. It certainly leads me to peaceful contemplation. Thank you.

For me, it’s self awareness. There is no goal to meditation other than connecting to the mind and the body, and being present. Slowing down to tune into self. There is often misunderstandings around what makes a meditation successful, but it’s all about taking that time to slow down and connect with your vessel. Creating space between YOU and your thoughts. Even if your mind never actually slows down, you have built some momentum energetically around self awareness, and that is enough. You are enough.

All of the above....I've always seen Prayer as giving and Meditation as receiving.....

By the clarity of the messages/guidance I receive. If I come away from meditation with a clear message/direction I know I've tapped into the knowledge/wisdom/clarity that was sought.

My night terrors have decreased dramatically. Used to be semi-nightly, now only once a month and I'm able to settle myself down before I go wall bouncing.

Calmness and focusing my energy ✝️Our Father's message, displayed in the sun, went unnoticed by many. The subsequent solar storm emphasized the importance of shifting our focus from materialism to spirituality and personal growth.✝️ But throughout Scripture, meditation is not forbidden or even discouraged. In fact, it is strongly encouraged. God will never turn away one of his children who is wholeheartedly seeking after him. Spending time daily in prayer and pondering God's Word will help you draw closer to him, not draw you away into sin. Both Eastern and Western Christian teachings have emphasized the use of meditation as an element in increasing one's knowledge of Christ. The Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius of Loyola use meditative mental imagery, with the goal of knowing Christ more intimately and loving him more ardently. ((It's message is that everyone are focusing way too much on financial and material matters, and everyone need to shift their energy towards our inner self and our spiritual journey. ))
