Hi guys! Happy Sunday! I just wanted to show you my bread that I baked today. This batch is 100% whole wheat sourdough. I have never made this kind before so they didn't come out as nice looking as the last ones but they smell great! Baking with 100% whole wheat flour is totally different from adding bread flour into the mix. The weather has been great here. Just perfect! Been stacking lots of wood for when it gets cold.
