I’m kicking off a 16-day fasting journey today to reset my body and mind.

Here’s my fasting breakdown:

✅ March 17–21: Raw foods only (fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds)
✅ March 22–29: Water-only fast (anywhere from 3-7 days)
✅ March 30–April 5: Juice cleanse (hydrating, nutrient-packed juices)
