Don't worry. All the comments you see are either made as a joke, to make fun of you or to like you. In other words, there is nothing objectionable in the videos you made (and the videos you made are a meme accepted worldwide only about Turkish ice cream shops). We Turks are always like this. When there is content about Turkey in videos shot from different countries, we do interesting things like this. For example, when we Turks see such videos, we use words like "as bayrakları as as as as🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷 (hang the flags as if they were hanging🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷)" or "biz Türk insanlarız bizimle dalga geçemezsiniz (we are Turkish people, you cannot make fun of us)".
