I just bought property in NE Oklahoma on a red dirt road myself. I dont have much land but enough to put a tiny house and a storage building plus a solar setup and rain catchment. On one end of the property it slopes off pretty steep into a valley above Grand Lake and I want to burrow into the hillside a root cellar / storm cellar since we are in Oklahoma. Dont need any Tornados getting us. Anyhow long time subscriber and viewer. Keep the content coming.

It's where I drank my first beer It's where I found Jesus Where I wrecked my first car I tore it all to pieces I learned the path to heaven Is full of sinners and believers Learned that happiness on earth Ain't just for high achievers I've learned I've come to know There's life at both ends Of that red dirt road

Hey Jason as a Auto technician you should always try to wash all the salt from under the trunk. That salt they put on the road have to much bleach and it will start to rust and damage your frame /lines ...... trust me dirt is ok for now everything is still wet ....

I have lived on a Dirt Road for many years. Hated the 1+ miles of Pot Holes*Mud++, yet I still miss it too!! Unfortunately, now I live in a Lil town that's being turned into a Yuppy Nightmare with multiple Coffee shops, Chaucey shops,++++.

Maybe you can thaw out some ice & snow to wash it.

Hey Jason I would rather have dirt on my truck than that salt dust like up here Northern Indiana because that sh*t eats your truck up like cancer. I think it looks cool. GB y'all stay safe & take care

Jason I would definitely go ahead and spray that off you don't want to let it get packed on your vehicle. I know you say it's just going to get muddy again, but I guarantee you don't want to let it get any thicker. Plus I don't know what they use to deice on your roads but it could cause issues later.
