I’m using your videos to help me with recovery after having a brain tumor removed. My right side is very very weak. I also have drop foot and my foot curls in.

I'm looking forward to trying this. That stiff leg and soft knee when walking is still giving me problems and I haven't been able to figure out how I used to do it.

I would like an assessment and a rehabilitation plan. I have access to PT and OT but the care seems reactive

Also how to find a good OT with experience working with stroke survivors? It seems like many PT and OT only know about sports or work injuries.

Hi Elyse! My father is having massive pain in his rib cage area, arm, and leg. He is saying it feels like something is crushing his ribs, and also has massive shooting pain. Doctors said it’s CPSP, but nobody is doing anything to actually help. I can’t seem to find anything for the rib area specifically either. Would you have any tips on what might possibly help relieve his pain?
