This is exactly what happened to me back there when i used to work in the company where my efforts and my hardworking are not highly appreciated and recognition by the bosses and some colleagues and they're just being so ungrateful then kept on complaining to me all time nonstop during work hours which making me so lost in motivation and lost trusting the people anymore even if i did trying my best to do the job done and then helping them out sometimes yet they're still treating me otherwise with so ungrateful and even no saying 'thank you' to me as well. So sick and tired to confront these people and felt no longer myself wanting to work with them or someone else led alone i don't trust these people there already for they're making an inexcusable of their action from taking a blame by putting it on me instead through using me and then backstabbing me in the back in the end i've felt been betrayed now apart also from the friendships i'm no longer trusting in them anymore 😑
