I started using your videos the first week of January. I have been an avid walker for years, outside when I can but usually on my treadmill. I have extremely tight muscles plus lots of body pain. I had tried yoga in the past and loved it but was not able to do most of the yoga moves because my body wouldn't let me. Then I discovered your Senior Chair yoga, it was a game changer for me! I quickly graduated to some of your Pilates, strength & cardiovascular video workouts. I happy to say I'm moving much better and have very little pain. I also feel stronger, my balance was also not good but I'm happy to say that strengthening has helped me with that as well!! I love your workouts and try to do 4-5 workouts a week if not more. They are a great way to start my day.

Hi. I just want to say that I love your workout videos and that you have inspired me to start working out for the first time in I don’t know when. I started Jan 12, 2025 and haven’t stopped since. Thank you Lauren for being a great motivator.

I just did the 57min video for March. I enjoyed it and prefer longer videos, 40 min or so. I also realize I can stack them. I didn't feel your workouts would be challenging enough for me, but my fitbit says they're good. I 'm fairly physically fit even though I'll be 73 in 2 wks. My only request if louder music. I enjoy exercising to a beat and it motivates me to work harder. Most of the time I can barely hear your music. Thank you for your expertise and time. I really appreciate it.
